Returns & Refunds

How to make a return

  1. Check the item(s) meet the conditions of Returns below
  2. Contact us with your order number and/or name via the contact page
  3. Package the item appropriately
  4. Return the item to the address provided in step 2
  5. Receive a refund within 10 days of return

Conditions

Unframed Prints

Return your print for a full refund providing:

  • The print(s) were received in the last 45 days
  • The print(s) are returned in original condition and suitably protected
  • Framed Prints, see further below

Exceptions:

  • Prints ordered as part of a commission
  • Prints produced to a personalised specification e.g. a coloured border or prints mounted on a substrate such as aluminium etc.

Framed Prints

Frames are made to order by hand and are unique to your custom order. For this reason, and not being able to hold stock of many framed prints, framed items are non-refundable. 

Christmas Gift Season

Orders during the Christmas gift period (25th October to 20th December) are covered by extended returns to 1st February of the following year, and as per the usual returns policy conditions.

Gift Cards (Vouchers)

Gift cards are non-refundable. Purchases made using part or full gift card payment are returnable – as per the return policy conditions – for a refund to the original payment method e.g. the amount spent using a gift card will be refunded to the gift card

Orders damaged on delivery

You will be reimbursed no later than 10 days from the day on which we receive the returned Goods. We will refund to the original payment method and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Order Returns

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning your order.

Please get in touch to start the returns process and, once confirmed, return the item to:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and tracked mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods.

Gifts

Returned by purchaser

Gifts returned by the purchaser follow the same process as a regular return.

Returned by recipient

Gift recipients can return the print for a refund during the 45 day return window. The original payment method will be refund refunded.
